Ingersoll Traffic/Parking Alert — Fall 2008

Due to construction on North Street during the fall of 2008, traffic and parking patterns must be adjusted.

North Street is closed to through traffic east bound from Capital Way to OHS.
Access to Ingersoll should be made via Henderson Blvd.
- From I-5 Southbound:
  - Take exit 105B (Port of Olympia)
  - At the first light turn left going back under the freeway on Henderson.
  - Turn Right onto North Street from Henderson.
- From I-5 Northbound:
  - Take exit 105, stay to the right
  - Go around the roundabout turning left onto Henderson.
  - Turn Right onto North Street from Henderson.
Access to the Ingersoll parking lot and the OHS south lots is from Henderson turning right onto North Street.
Parking in the Ingersoll lot is limited to marked spaces only.
There should be no parking on North Street or on neighborhood streets due to congestion in these areas.

Carpools and alternative methods of transportation are strongly encouraged (bikes may be parked in the south tennis court area and locked to the fence—no bikes are allowed in the stadium area).
All parking lots at Pioneer Elementary and the north lots at OHS, including the bus parking area next to the baseball field, will be open. Access to these parking areas is via Carloyn Street.,
When exiting the Ingersoll and south OHS lots, traffic should turn left on North Street — access to I-5 is made by turning either left or right on Henderson.
When exiting the Pioneer and the north OHS lots traffic should turn left towards Capital Way.
