Pursuant to the Presidential Proclamation issued today, Governor Inslee has ordered that flags at all state agencies, including school and district facilities be lowered to half-staff on Thursday, February 15, 2018, in honor of the victims of the attack in Parkland, Florida.
Flags will remain at half-staff until close of business or sunset on February 19.
