Community agencies are available to assist youth and families who need help navigating circumstances of the COVID-19 pandemic.
The following is information about these agencies, a list of local and national emergency hotlines, and links to resources such as how to cope with anxiety and how to talk with children about the pandemic.

SafePlace Olympia
SafePlace offers remote support to youth and families and is keeping open its 24/7 confidential hotlines.
SafePlace is an approved domestic violence service provider for Thurston County and a 24-hour Community Sexual Assault Program for Thurston County.

CIELO has expanded the Resources section of its website to include family, education, financial and health resources.

CIELO has also created a Facebook group to provide a designated location of all resources available to the Latinx community in South Puget Sound.
Olympia School District McKinney-Vento Supports for Homeless or At-Risk Students
Groceries/Meals
- Olympia School District Meal Distribution and Childcare Services: View a list of locations where OSD is distributing Grad-and-Go bagged lunches, and breakfasts for the following day, for students and area youth. The district is also partnering with local agencies to provide childcare for health care and other essential workers.
