Capital HS Turf & Track Field Information

1. Get a key card request form online, print and complete it. If you are under 18, a parent/guardian must also sign the form.
2. Submit the form by mail to: Olympia School District, Facilities - Key Card, 1914 Wilson Street SE, Olympia, WA, 98501. 
3. The key card will be mailed to the address provided on the form.

For the protection of students, no picture or personally identifying information will be on the card.
