Transportation Department
If your student plans to ride the bus to and from school in the 2025-2026 school year, please register each student using this Google Form (English, Spanish, Vietnamese).
After you have registered your student, please continue to check the Transportation section of Qmlativ (Skyward) Family Access. Transportation staff will process registrations in the order received, and route information (including bus route numbers, stops, and pick up and drop off times) will populate once it is available.
-
Only students who are registered for transportation will be routed. Students are required to be registered for transportation to ride the bus.
Transportation will process registrations in the order received. As soon as route information is available, it will populate in the Transportation section of Qmlativ (Skyward) Family Access. Please do not send your student to the bus until this information populates, indicating that the registration has been processed and transportation is confirmed for your student.
Students who are not registered for transportation and arrive at a bus stop (established because other families registered their students) will be transported to school, but will be asked to be picked up by a guardian after school. Transportation will be unavailable until we have received the students' registration and routed the student on a bus.
Please note that a separate form should be filled out for each student, even if the students go to the same school and are being transported to the same address.
The Transportation Department can be contacted at trans_dispatch@osd.wednet.edu or at 360-596-7700.
Your child may be removed from the bus route if they do not ride the bus for more than a month consecutively during the school year. If they are the only student utilizing that bus stop, the stop will also be deleted. You will then need to re-register if you wish to start utilizing transportation again. If you wish to have your child taken off the bus route, please call (360) 596-7700.
If your student qualifies for Special Needs (IEP) transportation or McKinney-Vento transportation, their registration will be processed through the Student Support Department. Please do not fill out the form linked above. Contact your child's teacher for more information, or contact the OSD Special Transportation Router, at (360) 596-7724 or trans_dispatch@osd.wednet.edu.
