The Olympia School District Board of Directors has scheduled a public hearing from 5-5:30 p.m. to accept comments for the 2023-24 Administrative Budget proposal livestream and in-person in the boardroom. A community forum about the budget proposal will follow at 6 p.m. on Zoom only.
Normal business hours are from 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Doors will reopen at 4:50 p.m. for the hearing.

The Olympia School District Board of Directors will accept public comments at the hearing.
The Superintendent’s Office will accept sign-ups for the hearing list from 8 a.m. - 4 p.m. the day before the public hearing. Sign-ups to comment in-person or via Zoom will only be accepted through this sign-up process.
The final list of public comment participants will be posted by 5 p.m. the day before the meeting in BoardDocs on the specific meeting page under Public Comment.
