The Olympia School District Board of Directors has scheduled a board meeting at 6:30 pm on Thursday, February 12, 2026, livestream via Zoom and in-person in the Boardroom. Building hours are from 8 am-4:30 pm Monday-Friday. Doors will reopen at 6:20 pm. The Olympia School District Board of Directors has also scheduled a work session at 7:30 pm on Thursday, February 12, 2026, livestream via Zoom and in-person in the Boardroom.

Online enrollment is available for the Olympia School District for the 2025-26 and 2026-27 school year!

The Olympia School District Board of Directors has scheduled a winter retreat at 9 am on Saturday, February 14, 2026, in-person at Avanti High School (1113 Legion Way SE, Olympia 98501) in the library.

New and renewal transfer requests are now being accepted for the 2026-27 school year. ​ Any student wishing to attend an Olympia School District school outside of their assigned area—including new out-of-district applicants and those seeking renewals—must apply for a transfer. Parents or legal guardians can submit these requests through our transfer application process.

Olympia School District board meeting agendas are released for the next upcoming board meeting the Friday immediately preceding the board meeting. Minutes for the previous board meeting are approved at the next Board meeting and are published immediately thereafter.

The Olympia School District’s Language Access Plan affirms Board Policy 4217 and 4218 and their accompanying procedures, which support establishing effective, two-way communication between the school district and family members with limited English proficiency, and promote access for such families to programs, services and activities of the District.
