Committee Role

To provide feedback and recommendations to Olympia School District leadership to ensure a high quality, culturally responsive learning experience for students and staff, regardless of the model.

 

Committee Membership

The committee is made up of more than 100 members including teachers, support staff, family members, students and district leadership.

There are five subgroups within the full committee that meet in breakout groups during the committee meetings:

 

• Primary (lower elementary)
• Intermediate (upper elementary)
• Middle School
• High School
• Whole Child (social-emotional)
